This week I focused on refining a few features and getting everything ready for user testing. I started by fixing up the delete and archive view modals, which now have fully functional Select All and Clear All buttons. These make it a lot easier to manage multiple cards at once, especially when cleaning up or organizing the board. I also made sure that cards marked for permanent deletion are now actually deleted from the system, which was an important final step in getting the modal working correctly.
To improve usability, I added a few more tooltips across some icons. These small details help guide users through the app, especially during testing when first impressions matter most. The goal was to make sure that testers can easily understand what each button does without needing extra explanation.
I also started creating a user testing form that includes different scenarios and questions for testers to complete as they navigate the application. This will help us collect feedback about how they interact with JAICE, what feels intuitive, what is confusing, and how they respond to the overall design and flow.
Next week is user testing week, and I am really excited to see how everything comes together. I am especially looking forward to watching how the AI model performs in sorting users’ emails and seeing whether it classifies everything accurately. It will be great to finally see real users engaging with all the features we have been working on.
