This was our last week working on the project itself, and at this point, JAICE is essentially complete. The only major things left are creating the commercial and preparing the final presentation. Other than that, we are mostly just keeping an eye out for any small adjustments that might still be needed.

This week, I had someone user test the app again to see if any issues were still popping up after all the changes we made from the first round of testing. A few small things came up, but nothing major. One issue was that the action bar at the bottom of the screen during multi-select was not very noticeable, so we adjusted that to make it stand out more. There were also hover text messages on the job card that were incorrect and needed to be updated.

Another thing a user pointed out was that they kept trying to click the text on the navigation bar, but only the icons were clickable. We fixed that so both the icon and the text are now clickable, which feels much more natural and easy to navigate. There was also a weird glitch where, when a user tried to save their account information, like their name, the Delete Account button text would change. Thankfully, that turned out to be an easy fix as well.

We also decided to comment out the notifications page since we do not currently have live email syncing set up due to the deployment complications I mentioned before. If we decide to add that later, it is easy just to uncomment it and continue.

Overall, this has felt like a really good way to wrap up the project. Seeing how far JAICE has come from just an idea to a fully working application has been incredibly rewarding and has taught me a lot.
